Vincent welcomed all students and teachers to the Town Meeting.
The soccer teams, XC team and golf team led the school in the School Song.
Mrs.Kelly announced the Students of the Month for October. Maddie Dostie is "always kind and considerate". She "doesn't apply labels" and she has challenges and perseveres.
The MVC all stars were asked to join Mr. Stoneton on the stage.
Congratulations to all first team, second team and honorable mentioned athletes.
The newest members of the Varsity Club were recognized. Congratulations to the varsity letter earners.
Congratulations to the Girls Soccer Team. They won the MVC Sportsmanship Award this year. (Below, left.)
Mr. Shaler awarded Latin ribbons to students who earned places at the fall convention at Leavitt Area HS. (See photo to the left.)
The robotics team demonstrated their robot and invited students to join them on the team to help with build and competition.
Mrs. Doucette said that she needs volunteers to help at the Craft Fair on Saturday, December 2nd at the Grade School. Any students available from 6:15am to 3:30pm should let her know. She would love the help.
She also asked students to consider adopting an angel for the holiday season. Students or groups of students have been asked to donate money toward the gift tags to help those in need have a merry holiday season. Please purchase, wrap and deliver the gift with the tag to school on or before December 8th.
Mr. Price recognized the students in Our Town and invited students to come and see the play that Monmouth HS would be performing here at the WHS PAC. He also asked Josh Deanda Whaley to share his monologue from Acting I. Great job, Josh, with the "Blind Date".
