Town meeting---here's what happened....
The swim and ski teams led the student body in the school song.
Aiden Mitchell worked closely with the James Orrigo Bridging Room Project. Students in WHS art and video classes made a video for a hospitalized child who loves Sponge Bob Square Pants. Students constructed all the props and performed in the music video. Great job!!!
Vincent and Maguire, members of NHS, dressed to the nines to introduce the Mr. Rambler event that will be held on March 20 in the PAC. This is a judged talent show that is filled with humor.
CATC students, Caleb Nickless, Mackenzie Guerin, and Sam Moody were recognized for their outstanding work at CATC in their technical areas of study-- electricity, CNA and culinary.
Miss Shaw and Rambler Productions presented the newest WBUS report. Pictured are anchors Kelly and Maguire. Cam, Jack and Carson were interviewed for their work in school and community service.
Mr. Price recognized the students in Band of Sisters who would be performing at the Regional One-Acts Festival.
Joey Tierney was recognized as the January Student of the Month-- congratulations, Joey! He is pictured with Miss Shaw who recognized him for his character and contributions to Winthrop High School.
The top ten senior scholars were recognized and announced. Congratulations to these students.
White cards were given out to all students who had As and Bs for quarter 2.
Green cards were given out to all students who had all As for quarter 2-- these students have also earned a free DAY OFF from school. Congrats!!!
Left-- white card recipients for Q2 earned As and Bs. Right-- green card recipients earned ALL As--and get a FREE DAY OFF FROM SCHOOL!!!
