Mrs. Cook encouraged all to get involved in the Rambler Relay for Life. The details are on the high school's webpage.

Mr. Price discussed upcoming events at the PAC and encouraged students to sign up for the WHS PAC Facebook page to get updates.


He also discussed that his acting class would be writing the script for and performing the play of the Chickadee Award book for 2016 to a grade school audience at the Winthrop Grade School later on this month.


Mr. Rambler will be held on Friday, May 13th at 7pm.

The Lip Sync Battle will be held on Friday, May 20th at 8pm.

Mrs. Anuszewski discussed the Bailey Public Library's 100th Birthday Celebration and encouraged students to read "A Handful of Stars" which is the Winthrop Community read. You can pick up your copy at the WHSlib-- see Mrs. Anuszewski for details.

Mrs. Boyce talked about yearbooks--- there are ten extras. Reserve yours ASAP!

The date is Friday, May 13th and the funds raised will support PALS

and Project Gratitude.

Mr. Fecteau discussed the seedling sale that his horticulture class is in charge of. Please order your seedlings for fifty cents each on the website. The horticulture class appreciates your support.

Mr. Morin also discussed prom safety. He encouraged students to make good decisions that will keep students safe. He also encouraged students to do their best at the upcoming Day of Caring. This is our opportunity to give back to our community members who so generously support all that we do here at Winthrop High School.
